Be truthful
Be honest about your identity, age, photos and intentions. Verification is required before appearing to others. Membership does not require any wealth or income check. The optional Prime Circle (coming soon, Plus members only) will check looks, income or assets for members who choose to apply.
Respect boundaries
Harassment, pressure, discrimination, explicit imagery and commercial services are not permitted. Nobody under 18 may join (19 in some Canadian provinces and territories and some US states, 21 in Mississippi).
Reach a person
Chat with our support team, or email us. From your home or profile, you can also report a concern or ask for help blocking someone: those paths open an email to our support team, and nothing is sent or blocked automatically. Our support team is available every day from 9am to 9pm Sydney time.
